Irrespective of the reason, we provide our customers with the option to return or exchange items purchased on USPL World within 15 days of receiving the product.
Please ensure that the product is not used and is returned in its original condition with all its tags and packaging.
Here are the ways you can return or exchange products that you purchase at USPL World:
1. Pick up: This option is available in most locations; USPL World provides a free pick up service to collect the product that needs to be replaced. Please select the ‘Pick up’ option while raising a return or exchange request.
2. Self-Ship: In case we are unable to pick up the item, the customer is required to ship the item back to us at

Once you have shipped the item back, please share a copy of your courier receipt with us. A refund/exchange will only be approved if all the conditions stated in the return policy have been met. In case the refund is approved, USPL World will credit the shipping costs into your bank account.
If you choose the ‘Pick up’ option, USPL World will send a delivery agent to retrieve the item from you. The delivery executive may perform a quality check on the return.
- In the event of a successful pick up, we will initiate a refund for the return amount according to the refund method you choose while raising the return request.
- The doorstep refund facility is only available for a specific list of pin codes. In case your pin code is not serviceable, a refund will only be initiated after we have received the product at our warehouse and it passes the quality check. If the returned product fails to pass the quality check, we shall ship it back to you.
- If you wish to exchange the item because there is a mismatch of size or if you have received a defective piece, USPL World will provide you with a replacement of the item, free of cost.
- Please note that all exchanges are subject to availability of stock and are also dependent on whether your location is serviceable by our logistics team.
- We would like to explicitly state that we can only offer size exchanges and replacement of defective pieces. In case you’d like to swap your returned item for a different product, please follow these instructions -
- Request a return within 15 days of receiving the item to obtain a refund.
- Log back into USPL World and place a fresh order for the product you wish you purchase.
Exceptions & Conditions
The following EXCEPTIONS and CONDITIONS apply to this Policy:
1. Due to the intimate nature of their use, returns for Innerwear, Sleepwear, and Lingerie items are not eligible for the ‘Pick up’ option. The aforementioned products can only be returned to USPL World using the self ship option. Please note, these items cannot be exchanged under any circumstance.
2. Any and all items that a customer would like to return or exchange must be unused and should be returned in their original condition with all the tags and packaging intact. (for e.g. shoes must be returned in the original shoe box).
3. Under USPL World’s Exchange Policy, only size exchanges are allowed. This implies that we can provide a replacement only for the same product of a similar or different size.
4. Please note that exchanges are processed only if the logistics team is able to provide a return in your delivery location.
5. USPL World routinely rolls out schemes where you may receive a free gift/offer along with your main purchase. In case you have purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it, you will have to return both the product you’ve purchased and all additional gifts/products that you received along with it.
6. If you self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
7. For self ship returns, if your return claim is approved, we will reimburse your shipping costs completely. Please ensure that you share the courier receipt with us once you have shipped the package so that we can validate the claim.
8. Please note, all self shipped articles must pass through the a standard quality check conducted at the USPL World warehouse. If the quality check fails the product will be shipped back to you.
