Please ensure that the product is not used and is returned in its original condition with all its tags and packaging.

How to Return & Exchange:-
To raise return or exchange, please click on "Orders and Returns" on the website, select the order to be returned or exchanged, then please click on the options "Return" or "Exchange". Once you click on it, the pick-up request will be raised.
The exchange & return option will be active within 24 hours of delivery.
In the event of a successful pickup, we will initiate a refund for the return amount once the returned package reaches our warehouse.
If you wish to exchange the item because there is a mismatch of size or if you have received a defective piece, USPL World will provide you with a replacement of the item, free of cost.
Please note that all exchanges are subject to availability of stock and are also dependent on whether your location is serviceable by our logistics team.
Please note that, if you do not handover the product within 5 business days from the date of the request being raised, the return/exchange request will be cancelled. At USPL World, we ensure that our delivery executives will pick-up the products for return/exchange within this time period.
Exceptions & Conditions
The following EXCEPTIONS and CONDITIONS apply to this Policy:
1. Any and all items that a customer would like to return or exchange must be unused and should be returned in their original condition with all the tags and packaging intact. (for e.g. shoes must be returned in the original shoe box).
2. Under USPL World’s Exchange Policy, only size exchanges are allowed. This implies that we can provide a replacement only for the same product of a similar or different size. For example, if a customer purchases, a red shirt in size 'S', the exchange of the shirt is confined only within the other sizes available for the same red shirt. The customer will not be able to exchange it with a blue shirt, which will be a totally different product.
3. Please note that exchanges are processed only if the logistics team is able to provide a return in your delivery location.
4. USPL World routinely rolls out schemes where you may receive a free gift/offer along with your main purchase. In case you have purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it, you will have to return both the product you’ve purchased and all additional gifts/products that you received along with it.
